Check out our Roadside Reimbursement feature!

One of the biggest complaints most roadside assistance providers hear from our customers is how long they’ve had to wait for assistance. An hour, two hours, sometimes over four hours! And to no fault of their own (or ours). It’s most often the insurance company/motor club stalling, calling, searching unsuccessfully for the closest provider, cheapest provider, cheapest-closest provider… all at the expense of customer service. Frustrating for all involved and definitely not a great way to run any business.

Solution? Most roadside assistance customers don’t realize they have options! Most roadside assistance policies allow a stranded motorist to find a service provider on their own and simply present a receipt to their insurance company for reimbursement. So how can we make this process as easy as possible for our customers? Check out the new Reimbursement Form on your location page!

Hey Alexa Hey Siri Call Roadside Assistance

www.CallRoadsideAssistance.com. Go to your Location Page and you’ll see the new Reimbursement Form about halfway down. Simply fill out the service info to generate a MrQuickPick® receipt that is emailed directly to the customer’s insurance agent/agency for roadside reimbursement. Now when a stranded driver doesn’t want to be at the mercy of the motor clubs and wait forever for service it’s easier than ever to call the local MrQuickPick® for assistance and their insurance agent will have a receipt for reimbursement before you’ve even left the scene! Now that’s great customer service and a “win-win” for everyone.

Please take a moment to verify your contact information is correct on your Location Page as your local info will be on the receipt and initially sent to your email address for review. Once you receive the email you will have the opportunity to assign an invoice number, enter cost of service (amount you already received from the customer) and verify job info is correct. Once it looks good, press “send” right from the email and it will forward a copy to the customer and to their insurance agent/agency. Feel free to test it out and see how it works! Let us know if you have any questions.
