This short form application is for light-duty service providers who work from home using their own vehicle (no towing/no repo/no storage lot) and who need the insurance coverages and certificates of insurance (COI’s) required to sign up with motor clubs such as Agero (General/Auto Liability $1MM/$1MM combined single limit).

Once your new insurance policy is approved and bound you’ll receive the COI’s required to sign up with the motor clubs (we have over 12 on file!) including the Additional Insured and Certificate Holder statuses required by Agero, CursideSOS and Urgently.”
